I work from an evidenced based and empathetic approach to help clients achieve their goals and work towards positively improving their lives. I am a strong advocate for individualising treatment to ensure it suits each person and their individual needs, as well as being flexible and working collabortively with clients to help them feel empowered, heard, and take steps to leading fulfilling lives."
